Scheme:

1. BPR: Savings @ Rp100 million, 1 year tenor, 1% interest; target

200– 500 accounts/region (drawn annually).

2. Individuals: Savings @ Rp. 100,000/month, 3 year term, 1% interest.

Regional: R1 Sumatra; R2 Jakarta–Banten–West Java; R3 Central Java–DIY–East Java; R4 Kalimantan–Sulawesi–Maluku–Papua; R5 Bali–NTB–NTT.
Draw schedule: Jan (R1), Mar (R2), May (R3), Jul (R4), Sep (R5), National: Nov .
